Erasmus Blog entry by Benjamin Weber
While being part of the German Erasmus+ team I, as much as my companions, learned a lot about how to interact with people from another country with a different language. I experienced how we developed from several individual teams to one single unit. But this was a process and it has taught me the importance of doing the first steps, not waiting until something is going to change but to take initiative. Apart from that our English skills have improved significantly and I think we all feel more confident when speaking to strangers, in unfamiliar situations and in a language that isn't our mother tongue. I am happy to say that I have grown as an individual and that we as a team have made great improvements along the Erasmus+ journey.
